南韓首爾中央地方法院19日就總統「閨密干政門」舉行庭前小額借錢 台南會議，事件主角崔順實首次出庭，否認一切罪名。朴槿惠總統也透過辯護律師團主張，國會對她違憲違法的指控均不屬實，沒有理由對她彈劾。還說，如果對崔順實等的參政比例加以量化，與總統的施政總量相比還不足1％。
庭前會議是指在進行正式審判之前，整理審判爭論焦點的程序，被告沒親自出庭的義務。但現年60歲的崔順實穿白色囚服出現在法庭上，低頭面對3位法官。
朴槿惠促駁回彈劾審判
崔順實遭挪用公款與濫權等罪名起訴，大多與財團「捐贈」鉅額款項給她掌控的2個基金會（Mir財團和K體育財團）有關。她的辯護律師主張，起訴書指出崔順實和朴槿惠共謀的八項罪狀，但兩人未曾共謀，罪名不成立。
另外，朴槿惠總統日前遭國會彈劾而停職，國會繼而將彈劾建議案送交憲法法院，朴槿惠方面16日向法院提出答辯書。辯護律師表示，國會列舉5項違憲和8項違法行為不屬實，並要求憲法法院否決或駁回彈劾審判的請求。
辯稱企業係自願捐款台中借錢救急秒速放款
朴槿惠被控讓崔順實等親信介入國家政策及政府人事任免，並任其發揮影響力，逼企業捐款。但辯護律師團主張，如對崔順實參政比例加以量化，與總統施政總量相比還不足1％。朴槿惠即使聽了崔順實意見並反映在施政上，也是社會觀念被允許之事，最終決定還是由朴自行定奪。
